How to see how much usage you have left

Every tool has a usage view; none of them are on by default.

1. Codex CLI: type the status command in the session.

   /status

2. Claude Code: the usage command shows session and weekly bars.

   /usage

3. Gemini CLI: stats shows requests used today.

   /stats

4. ChatGPT and Claude.ai: hover the model picker or open Settings → Usage.
